Very friendly and great atmosphere at the Desert Café! The lattes are awesome, and the blueberry lemon cake was delicious! I would definitely go back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent products. Wonderful, attentive staff who DEFINITELY know their craft. I was going to share a photo of my Caramel Craze Frappé, but I drank it too fast. It was THAT good.

Super cute place! The vibes were awesome and the food/coffee was delicious. We definitely need more places like this in Laporte. As someone that came from the Valpo/Chesterton area, this cafe was familiar and awesome. My son said his Oreo Bundt cake was the best cake he’s ever had. My daughter loved her strawberry cupcake too! I had the Cinnamon Bun iced latte and let me tell you… waaaay better than anything you could get at Starbucks. I was shocked at how good the drink was. I also got a lemon/blueberry loaf and it was delicious. I mentioned how much I loved it to the young woman that was working and she gave me another slice for free! Definitely my new favorite place. Please go visit! You will not be disappointed!!!

This place SERIOUSLY rivals AND BEATS all the big box coffee shops. The service, the atmosphere is all top notch. The last couple visits I ask Summer (who is AWESOME) to surprise me and I’ve not been disappointed with the selection. Definitely check out this hidden gem downtown LaPorte while you’re out shopping or just enjoying your summer. You’ll be back! 😋☕️

Had a few hours to kill and found this awesome cafe! They made me a custom drink based on my love for chocolate and a few other things. They were also kind enough to let me use their confidence area in the back. Dry erase board and all! The owners were very nice and it’s a shame I love an hour away or I’d be there every week!
